José Rodarte began and built a solid career spanning over 20 years as an executive in major national financial institutions. Holding a Master’s degree in Administration and with a significant presence in academia, he has coordinated MBA programs in finance and business management, in addition to serving as a guest lecturer at various Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) throughout Brazil.

For over 23 years, he has been a managing partner at the Institute of Corporate Education and Consulting (IECCOS), where he develops consulting solutions for management support, financial reorganization, and process consolidation for growing companies. His experience also extends to the creation of financial education projects and corporate lectures, addressing strategic HR needs for large companies in the mineral exploration sector.
