Maxwill Araújo Braga

Executive Secretary

He holds a degree in International Relations from University of Brasilia and a master’s degree in Education and Globalization from the University of Oulu, Finland. With over 15 years of experience in the private sector, he works to strengthen bilateral relations between Brazil and Finland. He was the national coordinator of the Muuvit platform and also worked for Seppo. He organized business missions to Finland. He has chaired the Chamber’s education committee and also the innovation and learning committee. He is part of the Lemann Foundation’s network of leaders since 2014. He has extensive experience in executive leadership, business intelligence, engagement with multiple high-level stakeholders, and institutional governance. His career includes coordinating international projects, collaborative facilitation, and direct interaction with chambers of commerce, bringing together the strategic competencies for the executive secretariat of Finncham.

Raíssa Guimarães

All-around Assistant

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations at Centro Universitário Belas Artes, Raíssa supports FinnCham in the areas of administration, marketing, and operations. Her responsibilities include creating marketing materials, managing social media, assisting in event organization, and contributing to administrative and financial tasks. With a strong academic background in international relations and a growing interest in sustainable development, economics, and political science, Raíssa brings a multidisciplinary perspective to the role
