Paid Marketing and Commerce Internship Opportunity in Brazil

Finnish-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce (FinnCham Brazil) is seeking two highly driven, motivated, and enthusiastic
individuals to fill its intern positions in São Paulo (SP) and Campinas (SP) starting in August 2024 (although a
possible start in other months is also considered). São Paulo and Campinas are among Latin America’s most
dynamic cities. The interns will be working with and exposed to both business and individual leaders in these fields.

About us:
The FinnCham Brazil Chamber of Commerce and Industry promotes commercial, business, financial and
professional interests in commercial relations between Finland and Brazil. We develop networking between
member companies, we carry out delegations to all governmental spheres, as well as state-owned and large private
companies. We organize virtual and face-to-face events with the Ambassador of Finland in Brazil, thematic
committees’ meetings, support for companies, presentations, seminars, trade shows and other educational and
networking activities. We also promote Brazilian startups and help them to boost their business.

Your main tasks:

Mapping Finnish companies based in Brazil and their representatives;
Mapping the markets in which Finnish companies operate in Brazil;
Mapping potential opportunities for collaboration between associates;
Active work to search for new potential associates among Finnish companies, representatives or customers of
these for FinnCham Brazil;
Social media management, website, newsletters, events and other marketing and communication efforts.

What we hope from you:

Education in Business Administration, Marketing or International Relations;
Business mindedness, solution orientated and eagerness to learn;
Outgoing personality and strong communication and collaboration skills;
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision;
Fluency in oral and written English and oral fluency in Spanish or Portuguese (ideal);
Be enrolled in a university program.

Compensation and how to apply:

You can apply for a grant of 1.500 euros per month for the duration of your internship (6 months). The grant is paid
by your University/College from the Helsinki Regional Chamber of Commerce’s trust for the duration of 6 months.
