Laís Oliveira Leite has a degree in Psychology with a Masters in Education. During her Bachelor’s degree, she was a fellow in research programs, such as the Scientific Initiation Program (PIBIC / UFC), and exchange programs, such as the Science Without Borders Program – as part of her degree at Universität Tübingen, Germany.

Laís worked as a trainer and educator in the Cooperative Learning Program in Ceará, helping to consolidate and expand this teaching methodology to public schools in the state. In Finland, she has experience with educational exchange projects between Finland and several countries, including with Brazilian teachers.

Currently, Laís is a doctoral student and her research is about the continuous learning capacity of Pedagogy students in different educational systems, such as in Finland and Brazil. His research interests include initial and continuing teacher education and quantitative research methods. In parallel with her studies, she works on research projects at the University of Eastern Finland and works as an educational consultant for the Finnish edtech Eduix Ltd.
