During a meeting with Finnish businessmen and investors at the organization's headquarters dedicated to stimulating export of the country, Finpro, on Tuesday (20) in Helsinki, President Dilma Rousseff highlighted the partnerships in the naval and offshore industry, beyond the potential cooperation on cellulosic ethanol exploration.
