WILSON ANDRADE                  Director – Northeast

Businessman and economist, with vast experience in the areas of company mergers and acquisitions, international relations and
foreign trade, industry and agribusiness, Wilson Andrade has presided over various sector entities in Brazil and abroad. Since
2011, he has also focused on the forest sector, on the board of the Bahian Association of Forest Based Companies (ABAF), which
takes part in more than 40 different state and national forums, where a constant exchange of information and experiences takes
place, contributing towards formulating public and private policies for the continuous development of forest activities.

Current activities: Executive director of the Bahian Association of Forest Based Companies (ABAF); chairperson of the Commodities
Exchange of Bahia; honorary consul of Finland in Bahia and Sergipe; president of the Union of Natural Fibre Industries of Bahia
(Sindifibras); president of the International Natural FibresOrganization (INFO-Amsterdam); president of the Commercial
Association of Bahia Foreign Trade Commission (Comex-ACB); managing partner of Canabrava Agroindustrial and member and
chairperson of the United Nations (UN) Common Fund for Commodities (CFC) Consultative Committee (CC).
